Note	Prochownik ‎(Gelbart)‎ Frieda Rebeka ‎(divorced)‎ Birthday 5-July-1908 ‎(Russian date?)‎ According to Miriams CV Miriam and Frieda recieved German nationality in February 1915 The day after the day of memorial to D.L. Szekely ‎(8-August-1999)‎ Miriam got a stroke that left her in a wheel chair. After 3 month of almost no communication with the world she \"woke up\" - but: can't walk, very difficult to speak. When speaks it is loud and clear AND sensible. Has pain \"all over\", but sits quite. Situation seems to deteriorate in March 2000. Pain stopped when doctor gave orders to stop milk products! ‎(That was MY idea - Ilan)‎. Situation is worse now after a year. No pain, but no communication at all. Seems she DOES understand, but does not have the strength to talk, and actually does not want \"to be there\". Just closes her eyes and \"Sleeps\" all the time. After 4 years of suffering she died of Pneumonia ‎(?)‎ 27.7.2003 01:00

Death of spouse	After 10 years of suffering from Parkinson's disease, the last 4 years were in the Hospital part of Ma'On Ha'Ro'Fe. On November 1994 died a "clinical death" but was revived. Heart failure. Brain damage due to lack of blood supply for some minutes causes a deterioration in his state. Was no more able to walk around, and his high intelligence failed to show anymore. Still was at his senses and understood mostly what his state was. Last week before his death he asked us to take pictures of him. Was found unconcious in his wheel-chair in his room by Mrs. Aliza Hirsch, on 8-aug-1996 ca. 17:30. Died minutes later without pain. 23 Av TavShinNunVav
